The job

Start with one valuable workflow. Prioritize the work together and agree each release, including the people and systems it needs, before it begins.

The investment

Cloud, model and vendor costs plus applicable taxes are additional. The signed scope sets the deliverables.

The first quarter

Baseline and a first working slice; a bounded release with real users; then stabilization and the next priority. The statement of work sets milestones and acceptance criteria.

Review progress continuously through email, Slack, TopDo and GreatFeedback. Current work stays visible; calls resolve complex discussions.

The operator

Omar Trejo leads the work personally, using AI tools under his direction. Named engineering references include HeartSciences, Gigster and the World Gold Council.

The commercial boundary

After the initial 3 months, the engagement continues monthly. Either party can give 30 days' written notice, including during the initial term, with termination effective no earlier than the end of that term. Fees for delivered service periods are not refundable. Prepayments for periods after termination are returned.

Paid-for custom deliverables transfer to you monthly, with source history, documentation and a runbook. Your existing IP stays yours. Third-party and open-source components keep their licenses; any pre-existing ML LABS components are listed in the agreement with rights to use and maintain the delivered system.

The operating boundary

Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 US Central Time, excluding US federal holidays. Severity 1: acknowledged within 4 business hours. Severity 2: acknowledged within 1 business day. Severity 3: acknowledged within 2 business days.

You receive regular repository exports and a documented handover, with source history and documentation available throughout the engagement. If Omar is non-responsive for 5 consecutive business days, fees stop and are prorated to the start of that period. The agreement covers one operator; standby staffing and 24/7 coverage are outside the service.
